Graduate Student Intern pursuing licensure as a Professional Clinical Counselor at Crown College.

I believe therapy works best when it is a collaborative, compassionate process rooted in trust and authenticity. I strive to create a judgment-free space where children, teens, and adults feel deeply heard, respected and supported as they navigate life’s challenges. I value each client’s personal experiences, values, and pace, and I tailor my approach to meet their unique needs–honoring growth as a process rather than a destination. Whether you are seeking support for yourself, your child, or in a faith-informed framework, my goal is to walk alongside you with warmth, empathy and a steady commitment to your personal growth.

I have spent many years working with children and teens in school, camp, and youth group settings. I love their zest for life and unique ways of viewing the world. While my primary focus is on children and teens, I also enjoy working with adults. I bring a unique perspective as a person who has lived with a disability for 15 years.

I enjoy spending time with friends and family, reading, baking, and striving for good mental and physical health. I work under the supervision of Samantha Colai MA LMFT RPT-S SEP.

Owning our story and loving ourselves through that process is the bravest thing we’ll ever do.”
