Starting therapy can bring up a lot of questions, we've gathered answers to the ones we hear most. If you don't see what you're looking for, reach out to your individual provider; we're happy to help.

Your first session is about getting to know each other. We'll talk through what brought you to therapy, your history, and what you're hoping to get out of the process. There's no pressure to share more than you're ready to, we’ll follow your pace.

You can schedule directly with your provider. If you need to reschedule, we ask for at least 24 hours' notice so we can offer that time to another client.

We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Missed appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled session may be subject to a late cancellation fee. Please contact your therapist directly if an emergency arises.

Under federal law, clients who are uninsured or choose not to use insurance have the right to receive a good faith estimate of expected healthcare costs before services begin.
A Good Faith Estimate outlines the anticipated cost of therapy services and helps you make informed decisions about your care.

Yes, we offer secure virtual sessions for clients who prefer or need the flexibility of meeting from home.

Every person's journey is different. Some clients meet for a few months to work through a specific challenge, while others continue longer-term. Your therapist will check in with you regularly about your progress and goals.

The therapeutic relationship matters as much as the approach.
