meet Jen Welo
Jen is a Clinical Intern working toward her Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy.
Jen is drawn to clients who are willing to show up—imperfect, uncertain, and in process. She is here to walk alongside those who are ready to be seen, explore old patterns, and reconnect with themselves and others. Whether you’re navigating disconnection, transition, or quiet internal shifts, Jen meets you with warmth, curiosity, and deep respect for your lived experience. She believes healing is not linear and often requires slowing down, listening inward, and gently turning toward what hurts.
Jen brings a warm, direct presence and integrates somatic awareness, experiential therapy, art, and ritual to support healing that goes beyond words. She believes in slowing down, listening inward, and honoring each person’s pace.
She often works with individuals and couples navigating communication issues, anxiety, depression, grief, ambiguity, and major life shifts. Jen is pursuing her MA in Marriage & Family Therapy under the supervision of Samantha Colai. Outside the therapy room, she enjoys good food, solving puzzles, and jumping in cold lakes.
